Meet SARAH EUSDEN

Lifelong creative Sarah Eusden has been a professional writer for 8 years. However, it was only after the death of a friend, the ending of her marriage and the upheaval of the foundation on which she had built her beliefs that Sarah Eusden discovered poetry as a place to find solace, understanding, curiosity and reinvention.

Now, several years on, Sarah Eusden lives a quiet life in the English countryside with her partner, daughter and golden retriever.

In late 2025, after suffering from physical health difficulties, Sarah Eusden found herself confined to her home for several months. And although this brought with it an abrupt and unwelcome (albeit necessary) stillness, her creative mind remained restless. It was this season of turmoil that became the catalyst for what has become Powerful Poetry Club - a celebration of finding your own power, sometimes in the most unlikely of places.
